In May 2008, Citrix –a global leader in IT applications delivery infrastructure– challenged us to be extremely creative for the most important marketing initiative of the year: the presentation of their virtualization solutions in Argentina and Chile.
In less than two months, our Communications and Events teams -together with Citrix South Cone Marketing department- developed an integral solution.
Our work was varied. In the communications field we worked on consulting, visual identity design and the production of several communications materials –invitations, micro site, brochures, and 3D animations showing Citrix solutions. Our Events team took charge of the production and logistics –coordination, database management, catering service and entertainment. Both events were held in those two countries… within 48 hours!
The results were amazing. In Argentina and Chile we exceeded attendance goals (both quantity and quality). Besides, the events generated several business opportunities for Citrix: in Argentina, 39% of the attendants requested interviews; in Chile, 21%.
Citrix´s Latin America Marketing Manager considered it “the most creative demand generation initiative developed by the company so far”.
